On the day of the activity, we'll meet in front of the Tiger statue in front of Oslo Central Train Station at the indicated time.

Starting off our adventure, we'll walk towards the multi- award-winning Oslo Opera House. Designed to look like an iceberg rising from the fjord, it’s the world's first opera house you can walk on top of.


Christiania Square hides one of Oslo's most curious

What do Norwegian kings, dangerous criminals, and the Prime Minister have in common? They've all called Akershus Fortress home. One of Oslo's oldest landmarks, built in 1299 - Oslo Fortress has seen it all. Some buildings never retire.

Next up, the Aker Brygge neighborhood that houses the Nobel Peace Center. Did you know the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded in Oslo, not Stockholm - unlike all other Nobel Prizes? Why Oslo? That's a story for the guide.

Next, we’ll stop by Oslo City Hall — famous for hosting the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony each year Just steps away, the National Theatre has been staging Ibsen's masterpieces since 1899.

As our tour draws to a close, we pass the University Aula, learn how’s it connected to Edvard Munch, before we stroll down Karl Johan's gate, Oslo's vibrant main pedestrian street.

Our final stop is the Storting, Norway's Parliament, a fitting grand finale in a city built on openness and democracy.
